Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is seeking Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) who are looking for more control over their schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase their income based on productivity. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing therapists to create and manage their own schedules. The position involves 1:1 patient care in the home environment, with a focus on improving ADLs, functional mobility, and independence. Therapists will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, perform home safety assessments, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). The role utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR system to reduce documentation time.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Ability to supervise COTAs

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
- Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology
