About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) who are looking for more control over their schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase their income based on productivity. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing therapists to create and manage their own schedules with no weekends or holidays required (optional). The position involves 1:1 patient care in their homes, with AI-assisted charting to reduce documentation time and a user-friendly EMR system. The company provides structured onboarding, mentorship, ongoing training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Active, unencunbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
CPR certification
Ability to supervise COTAs

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Complete documentation using streamlined technology
