Requirements
- Illinois RN or LPN license
- Graduated from an approved school of nursing
- One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver’s license
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings
- Collaborate across multiple care disciplines
- Spend ~100% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage your time and schedule
