About The Position
Centria Healthcare is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private duty nursing roles in the Genesee County area. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Home care or private duty experience preferred
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
