About The Position

AccordCare Home Health is seeking a driven Home Healthcare Liaison sales professional to connect with the community, build lasting relationships, and help families access the quality care they deserve. This role involves serving as the trusted face guiding families into Home Care Services, building and maintaining strong referral relationships to drive brand awareness and new client acquisition, and nurturing long-term partnerships with existing sources. The liaison will also ensure a seamless admissions process by collaborating across departments and staying knowledgeable about AccordCare’s services, requirements, and standards, ultimately driving synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal care team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
• Proven customer service and sales skills with a relationship-first approach.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Strong communicator with families, partners, and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Orlando and surrounding areas.
• Requires a screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
