About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional patient care in the Home Health and Hospice setting throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing nurses to set their own pace and coordinate visits directly with patients or caregivers. Typical visits are approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on the type of visit and patient needs.

Requirements

Active RN License in the state of Texas
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Current auto insurance
CPR or BLS certification
Valid TB documentation (Skin test within the last year, or Chest X-ray within the last five years)
IV experience

Nice To Haves

Home Health or Hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes and residential settings
Complete SOC, ROC, recertification, and routine visits as assigned
Provide hospice nursing care and support to patients and families
Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans and disease management
Coordinate care with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary team
Communicate with the Director of Nursing regarding patient needs and changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide compassionate support to patients and families throughout their care journey
