About The Position
Join the Independence Home Health team! We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide care for a 24-hour client with coverage needed 7 days a week. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or are available for specific shifts, we'd love to hear from you. This is a 24-hour case requiring daily coverage with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. Requirements
- Caregiving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiving experience encouraged
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Ability to pass required background screening
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
