About The Position
As a Home Health and Hospice Aide, you will provide personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being, and light housekeeping when necessary. This work will provide a healthy, safe environment for healing. You'll also visit hospice patients and help them approach end of life with dignity and comfort.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MN required
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Reliable transportation
- Minnesota driver’s license
- A driving record in good standing
- The minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required by CentraCare
Nice To Haves
- Home Health Aide certificate
- Some home care experience

Benefits
- Pay starts at $16.07 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $16.07 - $18.10 per hour
