About The Position

Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Homemakers, and Companions to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults in Worcester County. Candidates with reliable transportation, consistent availability, and a strong commitment to quality care are encouraged to apply. Guardian Angel Home Care is a locally operated non-medical home care agency providing personal care, companionship, and in-home support services. Our mission is to help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. We serve Worcester County and surrounding communities with a dedicated team of caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs committed to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• PCA, Homemaker, and Companion roles available
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to safety

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Support clients in remaining independent at home
