About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a part-time Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty care for a 3-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Boswell, Pennsylvania. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday, four hours per day, on the day shift. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family. Training is available.

Requirements

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience; training is available.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, ability to work independently, and passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pediatric care experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
