About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty care for a 4-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family. This is a full-time day-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Training is available for candidates with comparable caregiver experience.

Requirements

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience; training is available.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pediatric care experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
