About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty care for a 14-year-old female child in a supportive home setting in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Full-time work may become available after starting. The employer will train candidates who have comparable caregiver experience. Paid orientation and training and 24/7 on-call clinical support are offered.

Requirements

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience; training is available.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring attitude, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pediatric care experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
