Requirements

Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States

Comfortable working one-on-one in a home setting
Experienced caring for clients with neurological conditions or Traumatic Brain Injury (preferred)
A strong communicator who can adapt to changing client needs

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Encourage independence while providing appropriate supervision
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Engage the client in meaningful conversation and daily activities
Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with family and office staff
Follow the individualized care plan to ensure the client's safety and well-being
