Requirements

Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification preferred and/or CNA
Previous office, administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and adults
Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Offer companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Observe and report changes in client condition
Promote client safety, comfort, and independence
Answer phones and assist clients and caregivers professionally
Assist with scheduling and staffing support
Complete documentation and data entry accurately
Maintain employee and client records
Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative projects
Communicate with caregivers, nurses, and office staff
Support daily office operations as needed
