About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) for its Assistive Care Division to serve patients in Seminole and Orange counties. The HHA provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Care is delivered according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse. The role offers training, flexible scheduling, clinical support, and the opportunity to build close relationships with clients.

Requirements

HHA Certificate of 75 Hours or CNA License.
CPR Certificate from an in-person class.
Current Level 2 Background Check through AHCA.
One year of work experience in any company or industry.
Passion for caregiving and desire to help others.
Commitment to being present and providing quality care.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and companion/homemaker services according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Provide compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care.
