About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide private-duty care to clients in the Orlando, Florida area, including Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, and Downtown Orlando. The role offers a pay range of $16–$18 per hour and flexible scheduling based on availability. Home Health Aides are part of BAYADA’s home care team and provide personal care, support with daily living, household tasks, and other assistance to clients. Requirements

Minimum of one year of work experience.
Current Home Health Aide or CNA license.
BLS Certified CPR.
Level II Background Check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Perform light housekeeping.
Assist with bathing and grooming.
Assist with toileting and nail care.
Support range-of-motion exercises.
Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
Assist with oral feeding.
Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
Assist clients with ambulation.
Provide medication assistance.
Provide transportation.
