About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide care to adult and geriatric clients in Kent County and Sussex County. The position offers shifts of 4–12 hours, with pay of up to $20 per hour depending on experience. Employees receive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, a positive work environment, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. A $500 Talent Scout Bonus is available for referrals who work 100 hours.

Field employees working an average of 30 hours per week over a three-month measurement period are eligible for BAYADA group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees working fewer than 30 hours per week are eligible for Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans. BAYADA also offers scholarship programs and paid time off.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience; the experience does not need to be in the HHA field.
• A current CNA license or proof of an HHA certificate with 75 or more hours; out-of-state licenses are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
