About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring CNAs and HHAs to provide home care for adult and geriatric clients in Kent and Sussex Counties. The role offers pay of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience, with 4–12-hour shifts available. Requirements

• At least one year of work experience; the experience does not have to be in the HHA field.
• A current CNA license or proof of an HHA certificate with at least 75 hours of training. Out-of-state licenses are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Help clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
