About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nurses Aides to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one in-home support to clients in Jasper County, Missouri, including Joplin, Carthage, and surrounding areas. Available hours vary by location. The organization is currently seeking part-time and PRN/fill-in staff, with the potential to build additional hours. Scheduling is flexible, and employees are paid weekly. Compensation is $16.00 per hour for DSPs, PCAs, HHAs, and Caregivers, and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. Employees support clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care assistance.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Complete home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
