About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Jasper County, Missouri, including Joplin, Carthage, and surrounding areas. Available hours vary by location. The role offers $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver positions and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. The company is currently seeking part-time and PRN/fill-in staff, with the potential to build additional hours. Team members assist clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Help clients with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
