About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist a client in NATICK. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors by helping them maintain their dignity and independence.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA Certification preferred.
- If not certified, caregiver must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks.
- Promote mobility by encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
- Assist clients in transferring from bed to chair and ensure they receive proper repositioning as per their care plans, addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety.
- Prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs.
- Remind clients about their medications.
- Provide continence care.
- Perform housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe environment, encompassing tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping.
