About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist a client in NATICK. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, and provides the opportunity to work with local clients, close to home. Requirements

HHA or CNA Certification preferred.
If not certified, caregiver must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks.
Promote mobility by encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
Assist clients in transferring from bed to chair and ensure proper repositioning as per their care plans, addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety.
Prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs.
Remind clients about their medications.
Provide continence care.
Perform housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe environment, including laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping (if the client can drive).
