Requirements

Hold a valid HHA or PCA certification
Have proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
Have current medical documentation and vaccinations (or be willing to obtain them)
Complete a drug screening or Habituation Form

Responsibilities

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
Personal care and companionship
Mobility assistance
Additional delegated tasks under RN supervision, as appropriate
