About The Position
Experienced CDL-A drivers with 3 months experience can earn more while training the next generation of drivers with our OTR Mentor Program. This program offers significant earning potential, with mentors earning around $2,000+ weekly. You get paid on all miles the truck travels, including miles driven by the trainee. Additional compensation includes $0.10 CPM for training pay and $0.10 CPM for productivity pay, with further bonuses available. The mentor program involves approximately 11 days out per trainee, consisting of 1 day observation and 10 qualifying training days, during which the trainee drives at least 5 hours per day within a 14-hour clock.
