About The Position

Experienced CDL-A drivers with 3 months of experience are invited to join our OTR Mentor Program. This program offers the opportunity to earn over $2,000 weekly while training new drivers. Mentors are paid for all miles the truck travels, including both their own miles and the trainee's miles. Additional compensation includes $0.10 CPM for training and $0.10 CPM for productivity, with further bonuses available. The program involves approximately 11 days out per trainee, including 1 day of observation and 10 qualifying training days, during which the trainee drives at least 5 hours per day within a 14-hour clock. Additional bonuses are offered for mentors who successfully train students, with opportunities to become an Elite Mentor who earns an additional $0.01 CPM on their students' miles during their first year.
