About The Position

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. The role helps clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent by assisting with daily routines and providing companionship. Caregivers follow each client’s care plan and receive onboarding guidance, training, and support from the office team. Scheduling is flexible and based on caregiver availability and client needs. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Responsibilities

Follow each client’s care plan.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving the client’s dignity.
Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
