About The Position

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania. Caregivers help clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent by assisting with daily routines, providing companionship, and following each client’s care plan. The role includes onboarding guidance, caregiver training, and support from the office team. Scheduling is flexible and based on caregiver availability and client availability. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. The position offers a 401(k) retirement plan and voluntary insurance options, including dental, vision, and PPO health insurance. Responsibilities

Follow each client’s care plan.
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving clients’ dignity.
Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
Record completed care tasks and use the electronic visit verification system to clock in and out.
