Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs)/Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs)/State Tested Nurse Assistants (STNAs) to provide in-home healthcare services to individuals who have served our country. Requirements
- HHA or similar experience
- Must pass competency assessment with RN
- TB test
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services
- Skilled Transfers
- Monitor Vital Signs
- Timely and Accurate Documentation
- Range of Motion exercises
- Assist with activities of daily living including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene
