About The Position

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs)/Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home healthcare services to clients, particularly those who have served our country. Requirements

HHA or similar experience
Must pass competency assessment with RN
TB test

Experience in Skilled Transfers
Experience in Vital Signs monitoring
Experience in Timely and Accurate Documentation
Experience in Range of Motion exercises
Experience in all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
