Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA/STNA) to provide in-home healthcare services to clients, particularly those who have served our country. Requirements
- HHA or similar experience (must pass competency assessment with RN)
- TB test (reimbursement may be available)
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services
- Enhance clients’ health, quality of life and peace of mind
- Perform skilled transfers
- Monitor vital signs
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Assist with range of motion exercises
- Assist with all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
