About The Position

Associated Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Caregivers assist clients with household tasks and errands, personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and documenting client activities and well-being. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Nice To Haves

• HHA certificate or CNA license; not required, and training is provided.
• Open availability is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote clients’ emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
