About The Position

Associated Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably with dignity, independence, and joy. The role includes helping clients with household tasks and errands, personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and documenting daily activities and changes in client well-being. The position is part-time or per diem, with flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends. HHA certification or a CNA license is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Nice To Haves

• HHA certificate or CNA license.
• Open availability.
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
