About The Position

Associated Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The company describes its caregiver team as family-oriented and offers opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the community. The role is part-time or per diem and serves multiple locations across Massachusetts. Caregivers help clients with daily living needs, household tasks, errands, and transportation; provide companionship; give medication reminders as needed; and document daily activities, well-being, and changes in condition. HHA or CNA credentials are preferred but not required, and training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
Pass a criminal background check.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Nice To Haves

HHA certificate or CNA license; credentials are preferred but not required, and training is provided.
Open availability is strongly preferred.
Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
Provide medication reminders as needed.
Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
