About The Position

Associated Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The company describes itself as an independent, non-franchise home care provider with a supportive, family-oriented culture. This position is part-time or per diem, with flexible scheduling and shifts available on weekdays or weekends. Caregivers help clients with household tasks and errands, personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and documenting daily activities and changes in clients’ well-being. HHA certification or a CNA license is preferred but not required; training is provided. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, car insurance, reliable transportation, and passing a criminal background check are required.

Nice To Haves

HHA certificate or CNA license; not required, and training is provided.
Open availability is strongly preferred.
Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
Provide medication reminders as needed.
Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
