About The Position
HJ Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to support clients in the Elgin, Texas area. The role involves assisting patients with daily living activities and providing quality care in a home environment. The schedule is seven days a week from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Home Health Aide, caregiver, CNA, or patient care experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, grooming, bathing, and dressing.
- Support mobility and transfers, and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Prepare meals and assist with medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document client care activities and report concerns as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliable attendance.
