Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team providing weekend care throughout Washington, DC. Requirements

Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification Required
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work independently in patients' homes

Nice To Haves

Previous home care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Complete timely and accurate documentation according to company guidelines
