About The Position

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Hereford, Pennsylvania. The role helps clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent through assistance with daily routines, personal care, companionship, and other tasks outlined in each client’s care plan. Caregivers receive onboarding guidance, training, and support from the office team. Scheduling is flexible and arranged around caregiver availability and client assignments. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Responsibilities

Follow each client’s care plan.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving clients’ dignity.
Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
