Job Summary At Mass General Brigham Home Care, you’re not just taking a job—you’re stepping into a role where patients truly depend on you. You’ll build meaningful relationships, provide one-on-one care, and help people stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Home Health Aide to join our team! This role involves visiting patients in Rockport, Gloucester, Ipswich, Beverly and surrounding towns. Schedules are flexible and can be tailored to availability between Monday-Friday! The number of daily visits will vary based on the total hours worked each week. We're offering a generous sign-on bonus to welcome new hires to our team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Patient care or healthcare experience
  • Massachusetts Home Care Aide Certification
  • Reliable transportation for patient visits

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Supporting mobility and safe transfers
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
  • Light housekeeping
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Observing and reporting changes in patient condition
  • Supporting care in homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings
  • Follow a personalized care plan and work closely with a collaborative team of nurses and therapists.
