Requirements

Bilingual in both English and Arabic is crucial
HHA or CNA Certification required. If not certified, caregivers must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
A strong sense of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

Providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks to ensure the client feels comfortable and cared for
Promoting mobility by encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking
Assisting clients in transferring from bed to chair and ensuring they receive proper repositioning as per their care plans, addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety
Preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs
Reminding clients about their medications
Providing continence care
Housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe environment, including laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping for those who can drive
