About The Position

The Home Health Aide (CNA) will travel/drive to a few patients' homes within a day and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, etc. The position will work in the field helping patients in their home setting. Our office is in Roseville, MN and the general territory for this position would be the northeast metro. Interim HealthCare offers a wide variety of home care ranging from skilled nursing, physical therapy and other licensed health care services, which help with the every day tasks that let people continue living at home where they are most comfortable. Additionally, we provide hospice care in the home that can make loved ones as comfortable as possible and provide support to the family, allowing them to concentrate on spending quality time together. Requirements

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant who is active and in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
Able to travel/drive within geographic area serviced by office.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
CPR Certification

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, etc.
Travel/drive to a few patients' homes within a day.
See patients in their home environment to get a true representation of each patients' needs.
Flexible scheduling of patient visits.
