About The Position
EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, person-centered support to clients in their homes in Richeyville, Pennsylvania. The role helps clients remain comfortable, supported, safe, and independent through assistance with daily routines, personal care, household tasks, medication reminders, and companionship. Caregivers follow each client’s care plan, communicate changes or concerns to the office, and document completed tasks using an electronic visit verification system. The position offers flexible scheduling based on caregiver and client availability, onboarding guidance, training, and support from the office team. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Requirements
- Compassion, patience, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
- Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office team.
- Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
- Reliable transportation to assigned visits.
- Ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Responsibilities
- Follow each client’s care plan.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving clients’ dignity.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
- Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
- Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
