About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking dedicated caregivers passionate about supporting older adults and seniors. The role provides one-on-one care and helps seniors age with dignity and comfort. Caregivers work recurring shifts and may assist clients with transportation to appointments, shopping, and engagement activities. Shifts are 4–12 hours and may be in the morning, day, or evening, with weekday, weekend, and overnight availability wanted. A 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. start time is ideal. The listed pay is $21 per hour, with mileage and travel-time reimbursement. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and an insured vehicle with the applicant's name on the policy.
• Ability to provide transportation for clients.
• Advanced proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Ongoing availability for at least three designated, recurring days.
• Reliability and dependability, including the ability to commit to a set schedule.
• Experience providing direct care, as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse’s Assistant, or through private care or caring for a loved one.
• Ability to travel up to 15–20 miles for shifts, approximately 30 minutes of commuting time.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Full access to the internet, email, and a mobile phone, with the ability to use a phone app.

Nice To Haves

• Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse’s Assistant certification.

Responsibilities
