About The Position

The Home Health Aide provides routine healthcare services in clients’ homes by following care plans and delivering safe, competent, compassionate care. The role involves assisting clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and routine housekeeping. The aide monitors and reports changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexibility to set a schedule based on the aide’s and clients’ needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.
• Safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.
