About The Position
Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate, caring, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home support to patients. The posting identifies the role as being in Sweetwater, while the description also refers to Lake Worth, Florida. Requirements
- CNA license or HHA certificate; HHAs must have a Palm Beach County badge.
- Valid driver license or state photo ID.
- A second form of ID, such as an SSN card, passport, or voter registration.
- Auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- CPR card; online CPR classes are not accepted.
- TB test or chest X-ray.
- Level 2 fingerprint background check through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
- Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with Medications CEU.
- One letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, and shaving.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Accompany patients on errands or to medical appointments.
- Perform housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping, washing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Provide patient-specific support, including hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assistance with exercises, and incontinence care.
- Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
