About The Position

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related caregiving role is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide mobility assistance and transfers to help ensure client safety.
Monitor and record client health status and report changes to the supervising nurse.
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
