About The Position
Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate, caring, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home support to patients. The position involves helping patients with activities of daily living, meal preparation, errands and medical appointments, housekeeping, and patient-specific care. Duties may include hospice supportive care, medication reminders, exercise assistance, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Requirements
- CNA license or HHA certificate; HHAs must have a Palm Beach County badge.
- Valid driver license or state photo ID.
- Second form of ID, such as an SSN, passport, or voter registration.
- Auto insurance.
- Vehicle registration.
- CPR card; online classes are not accepted.
- TB test or chest X-ray.
- Level 2 fingerprint background check.
- Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with Medications CEU.
- One letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, and shaving.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Accompany patients on errands or to medical appointments.
- Perform housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, washing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Provide patient-specific support, which may include hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assisting with exercises, and incontinence care.
- Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
