About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced and dependable Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a client with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the client's home in Boxford, Massachusetts. The role involves assisting with personal care and daily activities, providing companionship and supervision, supporting established routines and independence, helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, for 35 hours.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- TBI experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or complex care needs.
- Experience with behavioral support.
