About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced and dependable Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a client with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the client's home in Boxford, Massachusetts. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, for 35 hours. The aide will support the client’s personal care, daily activities, routines, independence, and safety, while also providing companionship and supervision.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting individuals with TBI is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or complex care needs.
- Experience with behavioral support.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in the client’s home.
- Assist with personal care and daily activities.
- Provide companionship and supervision.
- Support established routines and independence.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
