About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and surrounding Merrimack Valley communities. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, with short and long shifts and immediate openings.
Requirements
- Dependable and compassionate.
- Reliable transportation.
- Enjoys working one-on-one with seniors.
Nice To Haves
- Home Health Aide (HHA) qualification.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) interested in home care.
- Caregiving experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assist with mobility.
- Offer companionship and social interaction.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
