About The Position

Legacy of Farmington, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate and passionate individuals to join their team as Part Time Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). This role involves providing direct care and support to residents in a beautiful 70-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The team is dedicated to helping seniors 'Age Magnificently' and fosters a caring, hardworking, and passionate environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
